Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) Design Checklist:
- Are the service interfaces using message formats from the canonical model?

- Have initial service contracts been defined between all known service consumers?

- Has the project established service contracts with services being provided by other teams, third-party packages, or external providers?

- Do the service contracts include release schedules for milestone builds that are synchronized with the schedule for service consumer development?

- Have service types been identified for all services, and appropriate service implementation platforms chosen based on those types?

The primary purpose of RIPA was to give law enforcement and the security services greater powers of surveillance. Here is the summary:

"...Any interception of a communication which is carried out at any place in the United Kingdom by, or with the express or implied consent of, a person having the right to control the operation or the use of a private telecommunication system shall be actionable at the suit or instance of the sender or recipient, or intended recipient, of the communication if it is without lawful authority and is either

1. an interception of that communication in the course of its transmission by means of that private system; or

Here are the differences:
IT Outsourcing is distinct from other services outsourcing
- IT evolves rapidly making sourcing decisions highly volatile.
- Underlying economics of IT changes rapidly.
- IT is tightly integrated with other organisational functions.
- Switching costs are often prohibitive.
- IT Outsourcing clients are still highly inexperienced.

1. Introduction

Objectives
This document defines the Clinical Dashboard Project Test Strategy and approach of incremental testing stages required to ensure the acceptability of the delivered solution. It covers all phases and releases. The foundation of the test and acceptance processes will be based on Clinical Dashboard existing Guidance. These processes will need to be enhanced to embrace the acceptance statements and criteria within the document.

Scope
This Test Strategy will cover the following:
- Identifying the successive types of testing to be undertaken throughout the lifecycle of development to live operations
- Details of the ongoing testing of service enhancement and change
- The scope of each type of testing
- Identifying how common expectations and testing standards are to be achieved for all types of testing
- The high level technical, resource and environmental requirements required
- The key testing and quality assurance procedures that will be required.
